The property's cleanliness and safety features such as the electric fence and alarm system provided peace of mind.I found the personalized service from the staff to be a commendable feature. Baron Tshuma's warm welcome and attentive assistance added a personal touch to our experience. However, the slightly remote location from the town center, about 7-10 minutes away, may not suit everyone's preferences.In terms of value, Grey Oak Holiday House strikes a good balance between luxury and affordability. While the rates were reasonable for the quality of accommodation provided, the additional cost for services like airport shuttle and laundry may not appeal to all guests seeking a budget-friendly stay.Grey Oak Holiday House offers a decent value proposition for those looking for a tranquil and well-equipped retreat in Bulawayo.
